What does 0.1% low frame time actually measure?

0.1% lows capture the worst 0.1% of frame times in a benchmark run — the stutter spikes a competitive player will actually feel in a gunfight. Our test rig logs these on a dual Xeon-controlled capture setup with ±0.3ms variance.

How often is the matrix refreshed?

The full 38-GPU matrix is re-tested every time a major CS2, Valorant or Apex Legends patch lands, and our underlying test bench hardware is refreshed every 18 months. The current bench runs an RTX 4090 and a Ryzen 9 7950X3D.

Are sponsored or partnered GPUs marked differently?

Yes. Any GPU tested under a launch partnership (we've worked with Riot Games, Valve and Respawn on 14 major shooter launches) is marked with a transparent 'launch partner' tag in the matrix row.

Can I compare price-per-frame across different retailers?

The $/frame column uses a rolling 14-day median across major retailers and is refreshed weekly. Affiliate links on each card go to current listings.
